Goodbye, my Crutch

What could I do with cerebral palsy? Maybe you asked the same question, this story may tell you the answer.
Recently, a young man of 27 years old became famous in our center, because he abandoned his crutch that is with him for 10 years, and walked out of our center himself. The man is named Xiao Tao, a cerebral palsy patient.
A strong boy with a hard crutch
Xiao Tao was affected with cerebral palsy when he was born due to leukodystrophy caused by oxygen loss supply to brain. Cerebral palsy made him feel stiffed and restricted movements with his limbs, especially in his lower limbs, that he couldn’t walk by himself. Besides, cerebral palsy affected his growth that he is smaller than common people. The most attractive place in him is his crutch, or we can call it a stick, his “legs” in the past 10 years. It’s smooth but hard.
Looking for cure
What could I do with cerebral palsy? Xiao Tao was always asking himself. Xiao Tao is just like his stick, warm-hearted and strong. Although he had cerebral palsy, he never gave up his life and treatment. He learnt computer by himself, and make money by his techniques. Meanwhile, he had been looking for the effective treatment for cerebral palsy that brought him the nightmare of disability. He wanted to drop his crutch forever. However through years’ treatment, he was disappointed. He received many treatments, including myotendolysis, but it indicated little effect for his nerves, muscles and bones of lower limbs.
Light of life
What could I do with cerebral palsy? In 2013, he found the answer, because he noticed that stem cell transplantation showed good effect for cerebral palsy, and stem cell center is the best in this field in China. He didn’t move at once, but checked lots of information and cases about stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy in our center. At last, he decided to receive stem cell treatment, because he was confident with it through the understanding of stem cells.
Only 20 days’ treatment, he felt miracle happened to him, because he could walk by himself without the crutch. Seeing these improvements, his mother cried with smile.
Xiao Tao told his mother that he would never need the crutch any more, and in the future he would be his mother’s “crutch”.

A Letter from SCI Patient

Background:
Stem cell treatment for SCI has brought hope of life for Li Ning, a strong and handsome boy, 30 years old. An unexpected car accident made him high-level quadriplegia that although he survived the spinal cord injury, he had to suffer from the complete loss of sensory function in both his lower limbs except moving his shoulders and gatism.
When they heard of stem cell center and made a detailed investigation, they decided to receive stem cell treatment for SCI. through one course of SCT treatment, Li Ning was improved significantly, and his families were grateful so much.

This is a letter from Li Ning’s elder sister:
June, 7th, 2011.
Distinguished Prof. An:
I am Li Ning’s elder sister, who got car crash and operated in the Second Auxiliary hospital of Harbin Medical University. He was diagnosed as spinal cord transverse injury at C5—C6, resulting in high-level quadriplegia.
In December, 3rd, 2011, we came to stem cell center for stem cell treatment for SCI.
Staff and doctors were so responsible and kind to take care of my brother, and arranged our operation. Only less than a month, we finished treatment and went back home.
Now I am writing to you to tell you good news that my brother is getting improved miraculously. He can lift up both his hands above his head at the same time, and he had strength in his waist. The best is that he can feel pain in his legs and feet. He can feel his defecation and urine. We can see the hope for him to stand up again. We appreciate so much about stem cell treatment for SCI.
Now we are planning to make the second course of stem cell treatment, and we have to ask help from your stem cell center, because we really have no more money to proceed due to the years’ treatment. We heard of that you have a love fund for poor families. We sincerely request for application of love fund.
Yours, faithfully
Best wishes

This is only one of many cases. We have funded many families which have no enough money to carry out the following treatment. This is why they appreciate stem cell treatment for SCI and our stem cell center. We are famous not only because of high curative rate but also because of good reputation.

Is the Stem Cell Transplantation a Cure for MND

What’s MND
Motor neuron disease (MND) is a serious and incurable condition of progressive neurodegeneration. How to treat MND is a difficult and important research topic of current medical field in the world.
Risks of MND
Motor neuron disease occurs when specialist nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord called motor neurons stop working properly. Motor neurons control important muscle activity of human body, such as: gripping, walking, speaking, swallowing, and breathing. People with MND will lose their activity function gradually, until their breathing, swallowing and gastrointestinal motility function loss, due to progressive function loss of the motor neurons in the spine and brain over time.
Stem cell transplantation treatment for MND
How to treat MND? Stem cell transplantation can be the best therapy for MND currently in the world. In the case of MND, motor neurons are affected. Stem cells aim to fix and replace the affected and impaired motor neurons, and secrete nerve growth factors (NGF) that promote the improvement of nerve function. Stem cell is no doubt the best answer for how to treat MND.
Stem Cell Center
Stem cell center is the most cutting-edge and professional stem cell research and treatment institute. In the past 10 years, we have already treated many people with MND and significantly lengthen their life expectancy and improve their life qualities.
Clinical case:
Name: Vladimir
Age: 59
Diagnosis: motor neuron disease (MND)
Nationality: Russia
He had weakness of right hands with no obvious incentive and then progressed to the right limbs. Then he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. In March, 2012 he received the first course of stem cell transplantation treatment in our center, and then improved well. After SCT treatment, he felt improve well with his hands strength, and he could grasp cup and walk alone, speak and express his idea clearly. He was surprised at these improvements, and decided to make another after half a year.

How to treat MND? Maybe there is no cure for MND, stem cell treatment brings hope for these patients. With the remarkable effect of many successful cases, it’s thought to be the potential cure for MND. Find more, contact us at stemcellprc@gmail.com

Remarkable Effect of SCT treatment for HSP

Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a degenerative disease of nervous system. How to manage the HSP? Now we are talking about this topic.
I. Goal for the Treatment of HSP
The goal for the treatment of HSP is to relieve the high muscle tone, improve the motor dysfunction, inhibit the progression and prevent the relevant complications.
II. Clinical manifestation:
HSP occurs most often in childhood and puberty, and other ages are also available. Male is more likely to be affected. Usually people have positive hereditary history for this disease.
How to manage the HSP? People with HSP will suffer from a progressive spastic myasthenia in both their lower limbs, high muscle tone, sthenic tendon reflex activity, knee and ankle clonus, X-walk and so on. The complications may include optic atrophy, pigmentary degeneration of retina, extrapyramidal system symptoms, cerebellar ataxia, disturbance of sensation, mental retardation, epicophosis (deaf), amyotrophia, autonomic nervous dysfunction. Talipes may occur as well.
III. Auxiliary examination:
How to manage the HSP? Some indicators may show the category and severity of the disease, which provides enough information for the further treatment.
1. SEP (Somatosensory Evoked Potential)
SEP shows nerve fiber and corticospinal tract conduction velocity decreases in lower limbs of HSP patients.
2. EMG (electromyogram)
Denervation change may be found in these HSP patients, but peripheral nerve conduction velocity keeps normal.
3. MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
Usually the MRI shows normal in the brain. But for some special cases, people may show cerebral atrophy, cerebellar atrophy or amyelotrophy (spinal cord atrophy) in their cervical and thoracic vertebra.
IV. Treatment for HSP:
How to manage the HSP? In clinic, Stem Cell Transplantation treatment for HSP turns out much better effect than conventional therapies, especially for these who were found earlier.
1. Conventional therapies
Currently, there is no effective treatment for HSP, and conventional therapies include drugs, surgery to lengthen heel tendon, massage, physio, acupuncture and moxibustion and so on. There therapies can improve the spasm and motor dysfunction, but can’t cure the disease fundamentally.
2. SCT treatment for HSP
How to manage the HSP? Stem cell transplantation (SCT) treatment for HSP shows good effect in clinic. Stem cell can not only fix and replace the impaired nerves and rebuild the neural circuit, but also secrete cell growth factors which will activate and nourish the impaired nerve factors.
In stem cell center, we have already treated more than 7,000 patients with cerebral palsy, cerebellar ataxia and cerebellar atrophy, and the effective rate is more than 86.9%.
How to manage the HSP? SCT treatment turns out a potential cure for HSP in clinic, find more details, contact us at stemcellprc@gmail.com.

SCT Treatment Cured my 27 Years’ CP

Patient Name: Xiao Tao
Gender: male
Age: 27

Stem Cell Transplantation treatment for cerebral palsy turns out more effective for people who is younger and found earlier with the disease. However it also shows good effect for adults, especially for the motor dysfunction caused by CP. The below story is an excellent example to prove it.

Xiao Tao was affected with cerebral palsy when he was born due to hypoxic-ischemic (lack of blood and oxygen supply). Fortunately, he has a normal intelligence level, however he had severe motor dysfunction caused by CP, including:
1. There was high muscular tone in both his lower limbs, which lead to toe walking and disability to bend and separate for two legs.
2. He was lacks of strength in his waist, which made he couldn’t walk discordantly. He had to walk with brace.
3. Walk slowly and for short distance.
In 2011, Xiao Tao came to our stem cell center and received twice Lumbar Puncture Stem Cell Transplantation treatment for cerebral palsy, and once Stereotactic Brain Injection Stem Cell Transplantation treatment.
Actually, he didn’t expect too much about SCT treatment, because anyway he is too old to receive the best effect. However the effect is beyond his expectation that SCT made him improved significantly with his symptoms, including:
1. His high muscular tone in both his lower limbs is relieved, which allowed him to walk normally without a toe walking and his heel touch the land when walking.
2. His waist strength increased, and he could walk without a brace in coordination.
3. He could walk speedier and for longer distance.

Through the obvious improvement, Xiao Tao became more confident with Stem Cell Transplantation treatment for cerebral palsy, he decided to make another SCT treatment half year later for a better recovery.

The First “Mum” after My Son’s Birth

Name: Allen
Gender: boy
Age: 1 year and 6 months

Stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy turns out effective and safe, the following case may be an excellent example to prove it.
Allen is a lovely boy, our staff in the center and his families love him so much. When the boy first came to our center, he was diagnosed with “hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy”, namely cerebral palsy.
He experienced much suffering in the world before he knows the world. He was born when he was 28 weeks, and showed many abnormal symptoms, including:
1. poor reaction capacity, and apathy expression
2. only can pronounce “dad, hug”, never say “mum”
3. high muscle tone in his upper limbs, poor flexibility and lack of strength with both his hands;
4. High muscle tone in his lower limbs and his legs are hard to separate. He could only slowly and clumsily turn over.
In January, 2006, Allen received his first course of stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy and it turned out a success.
1. His reaction capacity increased, and he could express his mood by more expressions.
2. He could pronounce clearly and consciously “walk, good, drink, this and mum”.
3. The high muscle tone in his upper limbs decreased, and the flexibility of both his hands increased. He could clap his hands powerfully.
4. The high muscle tone in his upper limbs decreased, and his legs become easier to separate. He could more flexibly turn over.
The above improvements made his families so excited, especially for his mother. When he first heard his son calling mum, she could help sobbing.
After more than 1 year’s recovery, his mother decided to make the second course of stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy and expect better improvements. It turned out another great success, Allen’s condition are getting better and better.
1. Speech dysfunction is significantly improved, from monosyllable to disyllable.
2. Motor function. The flexibility of both his hands increased, which allowed him open the toy car’s door. His coordinate ability increased, which made him sleep on one side and he never did this before. The high muscle tone decreased and strength in waist increased, which supported him creep or turn over freely.
3. Sleeping quality increased.
4. Intelligence level is improved. He could express his thinking and have a good imitation ability.

This is only one of the successful cases for stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy. If you need help for CP or ask more treatment information and cases, please feel free to contact us at E-mail: stemcellprc@gmail.com. Wish you keep healthy.

I Have much Better Control of My Urine and Defecation after SCT

Patient name: Chen
Gender: male
Age: 55

"I have much better control of my urine and defecation" Mr. Chen looks so relieved with his improvements after his stem cell treatment for spinal cord injury when we made this interview.
He was suffered from cervical injury (C6-C7) of surgical cord injury (SCI) in a car accident in fall of 2004. He underwent CT-guided stem cell transplantation twice and lumbar puncture transplantation once during his treatment in our center in June 2007 when is 3 years after his SCI.
The following is the comparison for Mr. Chen before and after his stem cell treatment for spinal cord injury.
Before stem cell treatment:
1. Ability to sit without any help
2. Poor control in waist strength
3. Sensation of pain and warmth level is 2 cm above the nipple
4. Sense of touch is present all over the body
5. Numbness in his hands while sleeping
6. Obvious perspiration dysfunction in his right limbs and his right chest and back
7. No sweating below his waist
8. Poor motor function of both lower limbs
9. Inability to stand by himself, let alone walking
10. Inability to reach the back (he could not scratch his back by himself)
11. Ability to feel bowel and bladder, with dry stool and frequent urination (250-300ml each time)
After stem cell treatment:
1. No numbness in two hands while sleeping
2. Improved perspiration function in his right limbs and his right thoracic dorsal
3. Sweating level lowered from waist to bottom
4. Normalized skin temperature of lower limbs including the feet
5. Ability to walk for at least 10 minutes with the help of walking aid
6. Significantly increased muscular strength when he is standing up and standing
7. Better sensation ability (feeling of pain) in bottom and lower limbs, e.g. he can feel pain during muscular and intravenous injections
8. Increased ability to control urination and stool softening
9. Normalized urination with 350-450ml each time
His family and he are happy and grateful to these improvements brought by stem cell treatment for spinal cord injury. They want to share their happiness and experience to everyone who are suffering from SCI. Bless him.
